- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-08, by Mike PodgerVery disappointed. Treated like a criminal not a customer. Tried to purchase a $2600 Fjords chair. First sales person Lynne was somewhat rude and full of attitude. Asked 2 questions which seemed to frustrate her. Wanted to know where it was made, she assured me Norway, which I believe is not entirely true, so I wanted it confirmed. Also wanted delivery to PEI organized so that someone would be home, they could not/would not commit to a date, too difficult to organize?? Anyway they have suggested they have credited my Visa, which I have not seen yet. Very Disappointed.
